Fighting For Foreskins Everywhere

We have all kinds of social movements in the world but the newest is the movement to save men’s foreskins by stopping circumcisions.  Male circumcision is a way to prevent venereal diseases and cancer. Doctors do not condemn or support circumcision and usually leave that decision to parents of children.  There are many anti-circumcision activists that want the procedure banned.  Circumcision rates over the last decade reached 91 percent in white men, 76 percent in black men and only 44 percent in Hispanic men.

Circumcision is a billion dollar industry in the US, close to 3,000 boys a day are circumcised and that earns pediatricians over a billion dollars a year.  Hospitals are making billions by selling foreskin to the biotech industry.  That foreskin is used to create skin grafts and to create collagen and other ingredients for beauty creams.  Some believe that this is not an ethical industry.
